Connecting train Zürs - Stuben/Rauz

305 km of ski runs & 88 lifts and cable cars

A new chapter in history was written in the 2016/17 winter season: With the new connecting cable car between Zürs and Stuben/Rauz, the Trittkopf cable cars I and II, which are also to be built in 2016, and the Albona cable car II, the circle closes - the Trittkopf cable car then runs from Zürs I to the new intermediate station, from where skiers can either continue to the new mountain station of Trittkopfbahn II or take the new Flexenbahn to Alpe Rauz in Stuben. Here the also new Albonabahn II invites you to continue your journey to Stuben. In addition, skiers can easily explore the ski areas in St. Christoph and St. Anton from Alpe Rauz. Conversely, you can take the Flexenbahn from Stuben/Rauz to the intermediate station or mountain station of the Trittkopfbahn and thus to Zürs. From there, skiers come to Lech and even further to Warth-Schröcken. This makes Ski Arlberg the largest contiguous ski area in Austria, where winter sports enthusiasts have 305 km of ski runs and 88 lifts and cable cars at their disposal!
